Ability to Propose an Inspection Time on Booking Form

It would be good to have options on the Booking Link Form to allow people to 

• Propose an Inspection Date & Time, and
• Join a waiting list of newly created inspection dates & times
• Maybe a button to click here to contact an agent if no time is available. Or just have the contract details form there as another collection tool.
