    On a property listing under the Internal Notes section, you can add a key number, key location and alarm code. This information is only visible in the CRM and not available to the public. Agents can access this information via the desktop and also the mobile app.

    Found that thanks, but a view from the front property page would be best, and the option to sign in and out, so we know where they are at all times.
