Listing a business for sale and not a location

We currently have a sales listing for the property at 72 Gill St, Charters Towers. However the person that is operating the business from this building wants to list the business for sale with us. I am told by support that this will create a duplicate listing for the property, and we will have to change the advertisement manually on each website for it to display as a business sale.
