If you want to offer prospective tenants the convenience of booking property inspections directly through your own website, PropertyMe Grow CRM makes this possible by allowing you to surface your inspection booking link within any third-party web presence you manage.
Setting this up is a technical process that will require the involvement of your IT person or team. Depending on your website's setup and your agency's preferred approach, the integration can be achieved in one of the following ways:
- An FTP/XML feed sent from the Listing Portals tab
- Connect via API or an external system trigger using Workflows.
This article walks you through what each method involves so you can determine the right approach for your agency, and work with your IT team to get it up and running.
