There are two booking links you can share with prospective tenants:
- The Inspection Booking Calendar: Tenants can register for a specific inspection time.
- The Tenant Portal: A broader portal that also includes inspection booking functionality.
Both can be shared manually, via merge tags in emails/SMS, or automatically through workflows.
This article will guide you through the different ways you can share an inspection booking link with prospective tenants in Grow CRM, including direct links, merge tags for emails and SMS, and automated workflows.
