The Manage PM → Grow CRM Data Sync automatically connects your property management data with your CRM. This means your contacts, properties, owners and tenants are kept aligned across both systems, reducing manual data entry and helping you maintain a single view of your customers.
This article provides an overview of the Manage PM → Grow CRM Data Sync and how-to steps.
This is a one-way sync only.
Data flows from Manage PM into Grow CRM, and any changes made directly in Grow CRM will not sync back into Manage PM.

How It Works
When data sync is enabled, an initial sync is performed to bring your existing Manage PM data into Grow CRM. This creates new property and contact records in Grow CRM using data from Manage PM. Only the data listed below is synced.
- See Getting Started for steps.
Once complete:
- A Property Management widget appears on synced records in Grow CRM, showing key property management details and providing a direct link to open the record in Manage PM.
- New properties and contacts added in Manage PM after the initial sync will automatically be created in Grow CRM.
- Updates made in Manage PM to records that have already been synced will be reflected in the Property Management widget in Grow CRM.
What Data Is Synced?
Contacts
In Manage PM, a single contact record can include multiple people, for example, two landlords under one ownership. When synced to Grow CRM, each person is created as an individual contact.
Contact details synced:
- First name
- Last name
- Company name
- Mobile phone
- Home phone
- Primary email address
- Labels
- A history of properties associated with the contact, showing whether they are a current or past owner and/or tenant
Note: This includes both active and archived contacts.

Properties
Property records are created in Grow CRM using your Manage PM data, giving you clear visibility of key property details, including current owners and tenants.
Property details synced:
- Property address
- Property type
- Property subtype
- Assigned property manager
- Labels
- Current owner(s)
- Current tenant(s), including:
- Move-in date
- Current rent amount
- Rent period
Note: This includes both active and archived properties.

One-Click Access To Manage PM
Each synced record in Grow CRM includes a direct link to the matching record in Manage PM.
You’ll find this link in the Property Management widget on the record. Simply click it to open the contact, property, owner or tenant in Manage PM.
Contact Grouping
Synced contacts with an Owner and/or Tenant role are automatically assigned to contact groups in Grow CRM. These groups help you easily identify and manage different types of contacts, including:
-
PM Current Owner
- Contacts linked to an active owner folio, and
- Are recorded as the current owner of an active property
-
PM Owner
- Includes all PM Current Owners, plus
- Contacts linked to an active owner folio
-
PM Current Tenant
- Contacts linked to an active tenant folio, and
- Are recorded as the current tenant of an active property
-
PM Past Tenant
- Contacts linked to an active tenant folio
Contact grouping helps you to:
- Send targeted marketing campaigns
- Quickly identify owners and tenants in the mobile app
- Trigger workflows, such as welcome sequences for new landlords or tenants
Getting Started
To enable the Manage PM → Grow CRM Data Sync:
- Select Support in the bottom left corner of Grow CRM.
- Click Contact Support.
- Request activation of the data sync.
Once your request is received, the CRM Support team will contact you to arrange a time to enable the sync.
Important Information
- This is an opt-in feature and must be requested through the Grow CRM Support team.
- After the initial sync, changes made in Manage PM sync to Grow CRM every 5 minutes. This is currently an interim solution while we work towards real-time synchronisation.
- When a synced record is updated in Manage PM, the update is reflected in the Property Management widget, not in the main Grow CRM record fields.
- For example, if a contact’s mobile number changes in Manage PM after syncing, the new number will appear in the widget, but the original number stored in Grow CRM will stay the same.
- The sync is one-way only, from Manage PM to Grow CRM. Changes made directly in Grow CRM will not sync back into Manage PM.
