Whether you need to remove a single contact or multiple contacts from a Contact Group, you can easily do so directly from the contact or via the Contacts list.
This article will guide you through removing a contact from a Contact Group (individually and in bulk).
Via The Contact (Individual)
- On the side menu, click CRM.
- Click Contacts.
- Click the name of the required contact.
- Under Details, scroll down to the Contact Group field.
- Click the X against the required group(s) to remove.
- Click Save.
Via The Contacts List (Individual And Bulk)
- On the side menu, click CRM.
- Click Contacts.
- Click on the Select Groups field.
- Select the required group from the dropdown.
- Click the checkbox(es) against the required contact(s).
- Hover your cursor over Group.
- Click "Remove from Group".
- Click the Select Contact Groups field.
- Select the required group(s) that you need to remove the contacts from in the dropdown.
- Click Save.
