Some workflows are designed to run only when you choose to start them. These workflows use the “Manually Enrol” trigger, allowing you to activate the workflow for a specific contact whenever you need.
You can manually enrol workflows from any of the following areas:
- Contacts
- Properties
- Appraisals
- Listings
- Contracts
Only workflows that are configured to run for that specific type (e.g., contact‑based, property‑based) will appear in the dropdown list.
This article will guide you through triggering a manual workflow.
Contacts (Bulk & Individual)
- In the Contacts section, click the checkbox(es) next to the required contact(s).
- Click Enroll in Workflow.
- Fill in the following details:
- Workflow
- Start Time

Start Date (appears only when the Start Time option is set to Schedule).
- Click Enroll.
Contacts, Properties, Appraisals, Contracts & Listings (Individual)
- Within the relevant contact, property, appraisal, contracts, or listing, locate the Workflows section on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Click Run New Workflow.
- Fill in the following details:
- Workflow
- Start Time

Start Date (appears only when the Start Time option is set to Schedule).
- Click Enroll.
