PropertyMe Grow CRM enables you to easily reassign the user assigned to a contact (both individually and in bulk) at any time.
This article will guide you through reassigning the user assigned to a contact (both individually and in bulk).
From Within The Contact (Individual)
- On the side menu, click CRM.
- Click Contacts.
- Click the name of the required contact.
- Under Details (on the left-hand side of the screen), locate the User Field.
- Hover your cursor on the current user's name.
- Click the arrow to open the dropdown field.
- Select the required user from the dropdown.
- Click Save.
From The Contacts List (Individual And Bulk)
- On the side menu, click CRM.
- Click Contacts.
- Click the checkbox(es) against the required contact(s).
- Click Assign.
- Click the User field.
- Select the required user from the dropdown.
- Click Save.
