Resolve An REA Portal Error About Upgrading A Suburb

When a listing is upgraded to a Featured Listing on REA, the upgrade is tied to the property's suburb at the time the upgrade was applied. If you later try to change the suburb on that listing, REA will block the update.

In Grow CRM, this appears as a portal error when attempting to push the suburb change. This happens because the listing has already been featured in the original suburb, and REA does not allow the suburb to be changed once an upgrade is active.

To resolve this:

1. Contact realestate.com.au directly and request that they adjust the suburb on their end.
2. Once REA has corrected the suburb, return to Grow CRM.
3. Push the listing again to update it successfully.
