If you’re receiving Domain enquiries for listings that belong to another agent, it’s likely due to a setting in your Domain portal configuration.
In your Domain setup, the option “Send enquiries to default enquiry email” is currently enabled. When this option is enabled, all enquiries are sent to the default email address listed in your account settings rather than to the assigned agent.
This article will guide you through updating this setting so that you stop receiving Domain enquiries for another agent's listings.
- Click your account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click Integrations.
- Click Settings against the Domain.com.au integration.
- Untick 'Send Enquiries To Default Enquiry Email'.
- Click Save.
- Re‑push your listings to Domain so the update applies on their end.
- Once updated, enquiries will be directed to the correct agent.
