Self-Check In Using A QR Code
- From within the app, tap the three white lines in the top left corner.
- Tap CRM.
- Tap Inspections.
- Tap the required inspection.
- Tap QR Code.
Attendees can scan the QR code with their mobile device. They will be prompted to fill in their details and tap Check In.
Manually Check In Already Registered Attendee
- From within the app, tap the three white lines in the top left corner.
- Tap CRM.
- Tap Inspections.
- Tap the required inspection.
- Type in the attendee's name or mobile number in the search bar.
- Tap check-in against the required attendee.
Manually Check In Unregistered Attendee (Not A Contact)
- From within the app, tap the three white lines in the top left corner.
- Tap CRM.
- Tap Inspections.
- Tap the required inspection.
- Tap 'Create new attendee'.
- Fill in the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Phone

Contact Source
- Tap Check In.
Manually Check In Unregistered Attendee (Existing Contact)
- From within the app, tap the three white lines in the top left corner.
- Tap CRM.
- Tap Inspections.
- Tap the required inspection.
- Tap 'Create new attendee'.
- Fill in the following details:
- First Name
-
Last Name
- Tap the contact below the form.
- Tap OK to confirm.
