What Is The Difference Between Withdrawn And Off-Market?

When creating or updating a listing, you’ll be asked to choose a listing status. The two options that can be easily confused are Withdrawn and Off‑Market.

• Withdrawn: Used when the listing is no longer being marketed and has been formally removed from the market.
   
• Off‑Market: Used when the property needs to be listed in the CRM but should not appear on any listing portals.
