When a listing is pushed to REA, the CRM sends the agent’s details, such as name, email address, and mobile number, through an XML feed. REA uses this information to match the listing to an existing agent profile.
If the details sent from the CRM don’t match an existing REA profile (for example, the agent has a different email or different mobile number), REA will automatically create a new agent profile in your REA account.
To ensure your listings attach to the correct agent, ensure the contact information stored in REA matches the details you set up for that agent in the People tab of your CRM settings.
- The agent photo displayed on REA comes from REA Agent Admin. REA does not use the photo stored for the agent in PropertyMe Grow CRM.
