When publishing a listing to a Domain, you may encounter an issue where it does not display.
If your listing isn’t showing on Domain, there are a few settings and checks you can run in the CRM to ensure everything has been sent correctly. Listings are delivered to Domain via an automated FTP feed, and while they usually appear quickly, delays can occur depending on how quickly Domain processes new data.
This article will guide you through troubleshooting and resolving the issue of your listing not appearing on Domain.

3. Look For Any Errors Returned By Domain |
1. Confirm How Your Domain Listing Is Currently Set Up
Your Domain integration settings determine whether listings are sent automatically or only when you manually choose to push them. To review or update these settings, follow these steps:
- Click your account name in the top-left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click Integrations.
- Select Domain.
- Open Settings.
Here you can choose between:
- Enabled by default: Listings are automatically pushed to Domain as soon as they become active in the CRM.
- Pushed by properties I select: Listings are only sent when you manually push them.
If your Domain integration is currently set to:
- Enabled by default: Skip to 2. Confirm The Listing Was Actually Sent.
- Pushed by properties I select: Move on to Manually Push The Listing.
Manually Push The Listing
- From within the listing, click the Portals tab.
- Click Push Now against Domain.
Make sure this step is complete before proceeding to 2. Confirm The Listing Was Actually Sent.
2. Confirm The Listing Was Actually Sent
PropertyMe Grow CRM records the result of every push attempt. To view the result:
- From within the listing, click the Portals tab.
- Hover your cursor over Domain.
If the status shows Successful, the listing has been delivered to Domain.
If it still isn’t appearing, our support team can check the feed logs to confirm everything processed correctly.
3. Look For Any Errors Returned By Domain
If you see "Portal Error", it means that Domain has rejected the listing. This will usually appear in red.
Common reasons include:
- Missing or incomplete images
- No description
- Required fields not filled in
- Invalid or incomplete listing information
The error message will explain what needs to be corrected.
- Resolve the issue as advised by the error message.
- Return to the Portals tab.
- Click Push Now to resend it.
If you’re unsure how to resolve the issue, our team can help.
4. Locating Commercial Listings
Domain handles commercial listings differently. If your listing is marked as Commercial, it will be published on Commercial Real Estate (commercialrealestate.com.au)
- This is Domain’s dedicated commercial property platform.
If the listing doesn’t appear on either Domain or Commercial Real Estate after a successful push, please contact our support team so we can investigate.
5. Everything Looks Correct, But The Listing Isn't Live
If the CRM shows a successful push and no errors, the delay may be on Domain’s side. In this situation, you may need to contact Domain directly to check for:
- Account or subscription issues
- Processing delays
- Feed or data‑handling problems
If you are still experiencing issues after following these steps, please reach out to our support team, and we can investigate why this is occurring.
