Why Isn't My Rental Listing On REA Displaying Words Or A Price Range?

On 18 September 2025, Realestate.com.au introduced a nationwide update to comply with state rental laws. These laws require all rental properties to be advertised with a single fixed price, not a price range or text.

Due to this update:

• The price on your listing now comes only from the “Price” field in your CRM.
• Anything entered in the Price Display field (such as “From $500,” “Contact Agent,” or “$500–$550”) will no longer appear on REA.
• Even if you choose options like 'show text instead of price' or 'hide price', REA will still display the fixed price.
