Whether a group was created by mistake or is no longer required, you can delete it via Account Settings.
- Before deleting a group, make sure to update any workflows that currently use it.
This article will guide you through deleting a contact group.
- Click on the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click Contact Groups.
- Hover your cursor over the required Contact Group.
- Click Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
