Keep track of your contacts' property preferences by recording them directly against each contact. These property preferences can be used to send alerts to these contacts when properties that match their preferences are available.

- On the side menu, click CRM.
- Click Contacts.
- Click the name of the required contact.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Create Property Preference.
- Fill in the details of the property preference.
- Name (Required)
- Subscribed To Alerts (Required)
- Listing Type (Required)
- Category (Required)
- Property Type
- Min Land Size
- Max Land Size
- Min Car Spaces
- Max Car Spaces
- Suburbs
- Comments
- Click Save Property Preference.
