Add A Property

Before you can add and manage any listings or appraisals, the property must be entered into PropertyMe Grow CRM.

This article will guide you through adding a property to PropertyMe Grow CRM.

1. On the side menu, click Properties.
2. Click Properties.
   
3. Click Create Property.
   
4. Fill in the details of the property.
   • Category: Property type.
   • Unit Number: Leave blank if no relevant.
   • Street Number
   • Street Name
   • Suburb
   • Owners
     • The owner must be added as a contact before they can be assigned to a property.
   • User
      
5. Click Save Contact.
